I couldn’t possibly give Amy anything but the highest recommendation.I have bought or sold homes 6 times, each with a different agent. Amy was head and shoulders above the rest. Her knowledge and expertise gave us a sense of calm during what is usually a stressful process. Her guidance and 100% availability to answer questions and concerns made the selling process not only smooth and stress free but also financially rewarding. Interacting with Amy and her upbeat and energetic personality was always a pleasure. We ultimately sold our home for well over asking price. We felt like we had an edge over others due to Amy’s years of experience in our community. Her connections and resources seemed unlimited which resulted in even our most complex issues being resolved quickly and efficiently. One specific thing that we really appreciated was her extensive connections with repair, cleaning, and minor upgrades. This resulted in us paying less than half of we we would have paid for these services on our own. Overall I would give Amy an A+ and highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
